If you are rich fan of Rush's who plays bass, you will own this bass if it means enough to you. That is who this bass was designed to sell to, not anyone else. Time to get over the fact that not everything is made to sell to us proletariat.

Agreed, this is a 1%'er bass. It is clearly not made for people that have more sense than money.

I like it and am glad to see him (Geddy) getting a CS bass. I like it but it's not for me, as for asking price god bless them.

I'm digging this bass. 35" scale and custom neck profile w/ oil finish. 6500 street price is pretty steep but the tone & craftsmanship will be off the charts. I guess you're paying for both names: Fender & Geddy.
