Another power/impedance question

Ok, so I have the NV215, which is 4 ohms, and a Goliath III, which is 8 ohms. I understand that the total load will be 2.67 ohms. But I have 2 questions.

1) Where do I connect them on the 400+? I've read through some previous posts, and some say to connect both to the 2 ohm jacks, some say to connect both to the 4 ohm jacks, and some say the 4 ohm cab to the 2 ohm jack and the 8 ohm cab to the 4 ohm jack. So which is it?

2) I think the wiring in the Goliath is a pair of 8 ohm speakers are put in series, and then the pairs are put in parallel. So, to the amp, doesnt it see the 2 cabs as 3 pairs of speakers, in parallel, or am I thinking about this wrong? To further that, although the power distribution between the cabs would be uneven, because the loads are different, wouldn't the power distribution to each of the 6 speakers be the same? Thanks.
