Another reason I hate CL (rant)

so about 3 months ago I started advertising on CL to find people to jam with. Never got anything good just spam and the occasional person wanting me to be their band's b****. So after a few weeks of flagging spam mail I made another add this time putting my number ( i realize now that was stupid).

A couple of months go by and nobody responds then last week this 16 year old girl contacted me as a singer. I told her she was too young (I'm 22 and don't really want to be hanging around highschoolers) and she won't leave me alone at. Constant txts about her wanting start a band and just bs conversations. Apparantly she doesn't understand the word "no". Now apparantly she's PMSing and fighting with her dad and is looking to me for moral support. blah... lesson learned.

about the Statutory(sp) I don't have any intrest (never even met her in person and never planned to) so that's not an concern. It's more of an annoying thing than anything else.

If you want to avoid hassles, it's real simple:

Don't call her, don't text her, don't answer your phone unless you're sure it's not her, and keep the door closed if she shows up. ANY record of contacting her could later be viewed as a provocation.

as Beginner Bass said, take advantage of the technology on your phone. I'd bet money that you can somehow set it up to block calls and texts from her number. Call if your carrier if you can't figure out how to do it (I don't know how to, sorry).
