Another Speaker Ohm question

I think you have my cab's mixed up. My 1212 will have 2 x 16Ohm speakers in it for an 8Ohm cabinet. Each single 12 box will have an 8Ohm speaker in it. Giving me 3 x 8Ohm cabinets and allowing my SWR Bass 750 amp to run at 2.6Ohms. The way I have been running it since 2004

OK, then, with three 8 ohm cabs in parallel each cab will get the same amount of power, but each 16 ohm speaker will get half the power of one of the 8 ohm speakers.

It happened by accident actally. I initially had an SWR Big Ben and Golliath II. Way to heavy for my life. Anyway, I picked up the Mini-12 (No Horn) to replace the Big Ben.. I loved it so much, I picked up the 1212 to replace the Golliath II. Pretty much end of story-ish. Right after I got my Schroeders together, I decided I needed a wedge style monitor speaker so I did not have to worry about monitor support for my drummer. So I picked up the SWR Bass Monitor and switched the speaker to match my Schroeders (The Delta 12's). So 11 years later, I am having issues with carrying stuff and thought this is the logical progression. Since I have these excellent cabinets, I figured this would work. The Schroeders and Delta's take a while to warm up. They are sluggish and fat sounding when I start playing, but as the warm up, they become more rich and warm and they certainly do get that mid boost in there. I think that is kind of what the Faital's should do as well.

Power distribution to each speaker will be suboptimal as if on 410 + 115 combination (8 Ohm each cab).

However uneven distribution on identical loudspeakers is the imaginable worst case scenario you can get on multible speaker cab systems!

This is a tough one to suss. Because I believe you're talking about Jorg's old folded baffle 1212, which may not 'calculate' in the same way a standard box does. There's a VERY small internal space and then the 2 speaker arrangement. So, I have a feeling that while you may be using the same speakers in both boxes, what you hear will probably be pretty different.

If your amp is rated at 600 watts or less into 4 ohms, "on paper" you should be okay. If your amp is rated at more than 600 watts into 4 ohms, that single 8-ohm woofer will be the limiting factor. Unfortunately you may have a hard time hearing its cries of distress because the 212 cab will be significantly louder.

If you haven't bought the 8 ohm woofers yet, you might consider going with a higher power handling model. The 12FH520 is rated at 600 watts, same as your 212 will be.

I'm not saying this is an ideal solution, just something to consider.

Update - Installed the 2-16Ohm speakers into my 2x12 on Tuesday and didn't have a chance to even try them. Got on stage plugged my rig in to see if it worked. Wow. The depth, the clarity, the tone, the incredible difference. Holy Man these speakers transformed my rig from a great rig that I absolutely loved into a rig that I can't get enough of. WOW.. what a huge difference. They have a purity and clarity of sound that is warm, thunderous and thick. Deep and basses without the mud in the mids. I ran them their first time out for 3-1/2 hours non stop of playing. Just an amazing difference. Even my guitarist said he had never heard my rig sound as good. It was well worth the $700 for the 4 speakers.
