Any basses without knobs?

I have a Clement bass where the pickup is wired directly to the output jack. I also love to solo the bridge pickup....

I (as well as Anthony Jackson) like to use a volume pedal on the floor though...

Check out the Ritter Owners' Club thread on here; the pic of the Ritter Roya Platinum concept bass is just unreal. There are only 3 or 4 of them in existence. This could be the coolest-looking bass I've ever seen, especially with the DR Peacock Blue strings! Oh, and no knobs...

I could do without the volume control on my P (I don't think I've ever used it), but I like to be able to roll off a little treble without changing my amp settings. I find that changing only my playing position doesn't give me the range of tones I want. So sometimes I like to play closer to the bridge with a pick and roll off the treble - sometimes I play thumb-style closer to the neck with the treble wide open - and every possible combination in-between. If that doesn't give me the tone I'm after I switch basses.

Again, on my vol/vol basses, I could do without volume adjustment per se, but I would still want a blend control in addition to tone.

One of the coolest looking basses that frequents my imagination would be a Cort Action, Metallic Blue, Soapbar at the bridge, with no knobs.
Talk about clean.

Cool idea, but I could never use it in a live situation. I got to have the option of soloing the bridge pickup. And don't go there saying all the tone is in the hands. Because it's not.

If there's two pickups, then I agree with this. If it's a one pickup bass, all I need is an on/off switch.

But yeah, if there's two pickups on the bass I like the option to swap between them.
