I’m currently laying out one of these - trying to get it in a tiny gorva m45
As Fuzzonaut suggested, it should fit. You could even add the Mole's two extra caps to that layout (like you said, it needn't be pretty) and change the output cap to the MOLE/HOG's FOOT — then stand it on end, attach to the sidewall of the pedal with non-conductive double-sided sticky tape.Thank you! It seems like I need to try and modify the layout and make it wider but reduce the heigth. It's going to be a mess regarding my skills but who cares. It's not a beauty contest.
Thx, will do. A brainfart made me measure a piece of pcb with a lot of dead space on the sides.That small piece of vero is like 18x23mm, I've added this boost a few times to existing circuits in an enclosure, I got it to fit everytime.

EVEN if you don't add the extra caps, at least change the input and output caps to Mole values, it's for BASS after all and we don't want no treble here.

3µ3 is an odd duck, I've never found any to buy, but I have plenty of 2µ2 which is enough. You could even go 1µF if that's all you have on hand; go as close to 3µ3 as you can get, 470n ... whatever.
It's such a small circuit that you could wire it up P2P, no board at all — that might sound intimidating at first (it did to me), but if you set your mind to it, you may surprise yourself.
Personally, postage-stamp sized perf is preferred (9x11):

No Frequency pot?!Decided to try my hand at a layout for the simple Alembic SVF that's been around for a while. I have yet to send the files to the fab house, so hopefully it works. I also changed the power supply to a ±9V supply which I nicked from Peter Rutter at VFE Pedals (brilliant designer). He uses a similar supply for some of his designs.

i've never seen the V2 schematic.Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the Southampton 5th gear v2? I’m not handy with electronics but a friend of mine likes to build pedals and said he may be able help me out if I could find a wiring diagram.
Is there a v1? I’d guess they’re pretty similar, so that may be helpful as welli've never seen the V2 schematic.
