I totally agree, most of it is just added for T&A. Some scenes it works like when King Geoff does his little S&M scene which really developed the hatred for his character.

The thing about all the sex and nudity in the show, is that theres a LOT in the books as well. I'm not a fan of nudity for the sake of nudity, but when it's just holding true to the books themes I understand. That was one of the reasons GRRM went with HBO, he knew they wouldn't censor his work.

I read all 5 of the written books between December 27th and march 20-something. I bought a kindle just to read them. I'm so hooked, it's terrifying. But what can I say, I love the books, and i'm loving the series. About to watch episode 14 now!

I got the first disc of season one thru netflix to see if I was going to like it, (it only contained the first two episodes) before adding the whole season to my que. I have added all of season one so looking forward to watching it.

Well season 3 premiere....mixed bag.

**WARNING SPOILERS FOR S3E1**







Samwell...got away from an army of zombies with no explination...***...

Ghost was missing for 90% of last season & reappears to help the men of the nights watch, not Jon?

Jon's conversation with Mance also felt a little weak.

On the plus side..

The dragons got bigger, sweet

I really liked Bronns reaction to Pod's interruption...

Tywin/Tyrion was ****ing brilliant.

Missandei is a hottie! In the cast videos she's a cute girl but on the show, damn, shes a knockout:hyper:

I've been liking the show. I've read all of the books that are out now and am waiting for the sixth of the series. To me it seems that they have altered parts of the story in order to limit introducing certain characters which could make this particular aspect of the Series not as confusing. IMO Peter Dinlklage has really nailed Tyrion. I heard his voice when I was reading his parts of the story.

Late to the game, but I'm a fan for sure.

We got a free week of HBO recently, I caught a few episodes, and I was instantly hooked.
My wife bought me seasons 1 & 2 on DVD for Christmas, so now I'm playing catch up.
Love the sets, acting, costumes, F/X and story - all top shelf!
