Sorry - I had posted this in the bassist forum - I figured with all these state bassist clubs and stoner-doom clubs et... etc... some one would have stepped forward... Either Miami/Dade is devoid of bassists or the ones that live here have never needed to service their instrument. 
My bass stopped working. I have active Bartolini's and assumed that the battery drained.
I replaced the battery and ... nothing.
No loose connection sound, just nothing.
Cables and amp are in fine condition. I don't have the proper tools or workspace for a DIY.
If you know a good, reliable service tech in Miami/Dade I would be grateful for a recommendation.
