I don't recognize the headstock logo, but those look like they might be older Ken Smith pickups?

Bridge is Smith but that headstock logo isn't Smith related, AFAIK.

Looks like a Tobias headstock but the logo is wrong. Looks like a mix of an MTD and a Tobias.

Yeah, that was the first thing I thought, too. Maybe someone custom-rebuilt a Tobias with Ken Smith guts? Doesn't sound like a bad combination by any means. I have an MF 5 string bass with those same Ken Smith pickups, I think they sound pretty awesome. FWIW.

I'm going to guess it is a gutted and rebuilt Toby Pro 6. MusicYo, made in Korea.

*(I had a Toby Pro V... maple... very well made but electronics were sub-par)

The neck and body wood choices and arrangements don't look right for a Toby Pro, which had solid maple or walnut wings and wenge/maple/wenge/maple/wenge neck laminates and a rosewood board with front dots:



I'm going to say it's just a handmade/custom body based on the Tobias shape.
