Looks like a Tobias headstock but the logo is wrong.
Yeah, that was the first thing I thought, too. Maybe someone custom-rebuilt a Tobias with Ken Smith guts? Doesn't sound like a bad combination by any means. I have an MF 5 string bass with those same Ken Smith pickups, I think they sound pretty awesome. FWIW.
 
The neck and body wood choices and arrangements don't look right for a Toby Pro, which had solid maple or walnut wings and wenge/maple/wenge/maple/wenge neck laminates and a rosewood board with front dots:

I'm going to say it's just a handmade/custom body based on the Tobias shape.

Yeah I think the building consensus here is that it a custom Toby Pro 6 rebuilt with Ken Smith guts and rebadged by the luthier.

Could be a heckuva player.
