Any others out there using more than one compressor?

I often had a very light compression sandwich with a 2:1 on each. Found it perfect for getting a consistent tone without sacrificing the dynamics/touch sensitivity of the clipping.

Much easier with the Boss GTK where you have access to multiple compressors in your chain for free. Now I'm back on analog that became far too expensive both in monetary terms and available space. Now I just have my compressor at the end as it gives more control over dynamics.

If I increased the size of my board a second comp would be my first purchase though!

I'm running an OvniFX Opto Smoothie first in line, and lately I've been experimenting with running the Analog Alien Bass Station with comp and amp sim on at the end. Smoothie is for tone, mojo, and to help octave tracking, Alien is more for smoothing and slight peak reductions, especially from the envelope filter.
