Currently in Flanders (exit 37 off 80)... nice to know there's a few other local-ish TB'ers around.

hey man.... looks like i may be re-locating to longbranch towards the end of the summer. we scouted the place a little--- pretty cool, i guess. local legend has it that there are good scenes in red bank, and (of course?) asbury park. did some exploring, including a short drive up to gateway park where we braved freezing temps to get an eyefull of NYC.
no biscuits (or bojangles), no slaw and chili on a dawg, substituting of you's for y'all......... but i love scrapple and pork roll, so i guess that will work (southerners love soul food, ya heard?)
anything else i should know?
do the beach bars and whatnot up there have copious music (at least in-season)? or will i be moving back into retail

when we were there in march it was in the 30's, whereas temps were closer to 60's-70's here in nc..... now where is my toboggan.... err... hat?

Scene is better for covers than originals, on the shore. But there is a scene for both. You should be good. PM me when you get settled.
