Anybody dealing with ETS lately

If ETS uses a CNC with flood coolant, they'd probably cut dry for wood, with a possible higher charge because of cleanup. If it were acrylized wood, of something unaffected by water, like perhaps cocobolo, they might just cut wet though.

Likewise if it's manual milled rather than CNC, you might expect a somewhat higher charge to account for cleanup.

Cool idea, though!

They told me that if I had a custom bridge I could sent them a .dxf drawing of it and they could make it. The cost they quoted for custom stuff was very reasonable.

I never sent an email about wooden bridges. This was about a brass 8 string bridge.

The bass project has me nervous anyway Piezo bridge with its own amp and a bart pickup with an active system. And an assortment of electronics. whe it all gets here I am pretty sure I will be asking questions......t

Of course there is also the tuning - Fork in wood of course completely in wood, however, the biggest one do not share is from fell trees.
