I used to play CSS for 5+ hours every night, for about 3 years. Eventually I got sick of the rediculous amount of hackers, the seemingly neverending flow of idiocy, and the gameplay in general. I've moved on to more interesting games, TF2, Garry's Mod, and occasionally Day of Defeat Source.

CSS was fun back in the day, but you won't catch me dead playing it now. Unless it's at a LAN party.

I got back into it again just before Christmas, but have mostly stopped again.

I was much prefering HL2 deathmatch, killing people with the gravity gun is satisfying.

I hope not. The HDR lighting on de_dust (1) was SO sucky. It's okay if you turn off bloom, but with it on you're almost blinded by all the reflections coming off the sand.

I'll see if I can get CSS working again and I might join you chaps in a round or two. Steam hasn't been letting me update it lately so I dunno if it's gonna work.
