Very nice! I always liked the Sub no date. I thought that Seiko SII NH35A had a date wheel. Is it there but under the dial?

Yes it is. Date position adjustable for 3 or 6 o’clock depending on dial design.

I thought I could swap the dial for a stock one if I wanted to. I have a SKX007 with everything modded but the case by a guy in FL. I rather like this the way it is though. I’m 6 hours away from an accuracy check but I expect it to run 6 seconds slow in 24 hours. It can be regulated. That I might do.

I love the dial as is. Date complication on a diver always seemed funny to me anyway.

Thanks! The Seiko's are all custom builds I assembled myself, except the vintage [1973] 6139 on the far right side.

Not sure which chronograph you mean, but the lower one is a mid 1940's Pierce pilot's watch, and the one above it is a Sinn 757 UTC.

Ah cool! The Pilot's watch with the light colored dial. I've seen a lot of homages to that style. Nice that you've got the vintage example.

The only reason I bought it was the brand matches my last name. Once I found that out I knew I had to have one.

The movement is in-house made by Pierce. Interestingly the pusher functions are reversed [bottom pusher starts & stops chrono hand, top pusher resets to zero] compared to most every other chronograph movement.

Weird. I've only got one chrono, and it works the traditional way. Mine came with a warning about pushing the reset before stopping the timer. I guess mine can get jammed up if you hit the wrong pusher at the wrong time.

I'd definitely get confused and anxious with that Pierce movement.

No, but my Dad had something similar when I was a kid in the 60s through to about 77 when he went to a Seiko auto.
Dad’s had one of those gold stretchy metal bracelets. Thought it may have been an Omega, it certainly had a symbol for a logo. It was stolen (I think) in the late 1980s when the house was burgled. When I saw a pic of this it had everything that just called to me. So I don’t know that it is the same as Dad’s but it could well be the same brand/model.
Even if it isn’t I like the Enicar Saturn logo and they are a cool brand in their own right. Bonus, it was much cheaper than I expect a similar Omega would have been.

My Longines dress watch, probably a Flagship but not sure. The 30L movement dates to 1960, but I'm pretty sure everything else in the case has been restored or replaced. It has no vintage value, I bought it to wear.

Same watches on wrist, different straps, plus the G-Shock. The G is a Chinese Porcelain dial in a Grey Camo (the dial was camo) case. I have since added white paint to the lettering.

A lot of variety and depth in your collection. Very nice! That Turn-O-Graph is quite collectible.
