Here's my latest, an NTH Barracuda--Legends Series with Vintage Green bezel insert. For years I had wanted an upscale old-school dive watch with gold accents to match my wedding band, but the Tudor Black Bay is too expensive (in my wife's opinion, at least) and has some characteristics I don't like, chiefly weight, thickness, and the fake rivets on the bracelet.
This NTH was originally slated to be more of a Black Bay copy with snowflake hands, but Tudor has applied for a trademark on that hand design (reminds me of Fender's trademark on its headstock) so NTH switched to the sword hands at the last minute. I prefer the sword hands aesthetically, and I would not have bought it with the snowflake hands because that's just too much of a Tudor copy for my tastes.
It's an excellent watch, with phenomenal accuracy from the NTH-regulated Miyota movement. It looks fantastic IMO, and is very well-built. I wasn't sure I'd like the top hat crystal, but I totally dig it, and the gilt-relief dial is amazing. Some of the edges are a little sharp IMO, and I would prefer bracelet screws with larger heads (like those on my Traska), but otherwise it's great.
