Anyone ever seen an Ampeg 4X15 cab?

I've seen older marshall 4x15 cabs with grillcloth that look just like the guitar boxes on steroids.
I'm sure the speaker were marginal, but if you've got 4 or (gulp) 2 stacked boxes with 815"s ...how great to do they have to be?

yowsers...that doesn't look factory...the way the grillcloth bar comes across the speakers...
to my eyes it looks like an 810e with different speakers in it. the back looks like an 810e, front looks like an 810e...

looks like a homemade cab with an ampeg towel bar and front grill panel to me. for some reason, in the pics, it looks deeper than an 810E. and why the heck is it an open back cab? if it doesn't have a back panel, IMO, it would sound awful for bass and blow the speakers pretty easily.
The Acoustic 4x15s had two "hidden" fifteens in the center port, so you've probably seen them and didn't even realize it was a 4x15.

It is missing the back cover, I will have to create a new one and re-wire the speakers. It is much deeper than my 810e. Per one of my initial posts, the dimentions are 26" wide X 26" deep X 4 feet tall. Dimentions of my American 810E are 26 x 48 x 16
Frankly, it looks factory to me. I can usually spot if they are custom built, but all of it looks good to me. Notice the "holes" for lack of a better word, in the top where amp feet sit.
The old V4B cab was about 26 x 24 x 48 so it would almost fit if you rounded your numbers at all or if the depth was modified at all when building this access panel. If it was originally one of those cabs and the baffles were removed to make a new front panel (and it looks like a newer style grill cloth was added) it could be a modified ampeg, but certainly not as built a factory cab.
The stones used these cabs to transport stuff back to the U.K. after their 64 tour, the authorities stopped them from bringing their Hywatt gear into the U.S. but didn't stop them to see what they were leaving with! 
I'm gonna +1 this. Perhaps based off the dimensions/parts of a '90's V4B cab. In the pic it ooks like they used a chrome Stratocaster jack plate for the speaker input jack. If it was factory- that would be square, black, and recessed- and identify it as having came from SLM/Ampeg.

For those that don't know, Sleep was a trio consisting of Matt, Al, and Chris. At some point, Al and Chris started a two piece, Om.
I still think that pic is from Sleep. I could be wrong and it's not really a big deal to me. I think Matt's guitar adds to the mix. I love Sleep. I would have a fellow TB'er listen to them first. Then, if you dig Sleep, you can check Om to see what the rythm section went on to do.
And to stay on topic, anyone with the cajones to play a 4x15" cab is alright in my book. I'll have 4x15"s eventually. It'll just be 4 seperate BFM cabs. 2- 15+mid for top, 2- 15 subs for bottom, and 2,000 watts to run it all. Atleast, thats the dream rig right now.
For technicality purposes, Tom was the original guitarist of Asbestosdeath, Matt joined and recorded a couple of albums, then Tom left, and Justin took his place and the name was changed to Sleep.
I think the most memorable lineup is Al, Matt, and Chris. Holy Mountain is a masterpiece. IMO, YMMV.
