Thank you for your kind words. Sometimes life gets complicated and situations present them self that prevent you from doing what you’d like to be doing. For me that’s building basses. Hopefully one day I can get another shop set up to make a few more instruments. Being a mechanical engineer for the passed six years has me looking at my old designs from a new prospective. It would be interesting to see how some fundamental changes to the core functional designs would effect the instruments overall comfort and playability.

I have to say... Your basses are absolutely stunning! I was using Internet Wayback, looking at the website. (The most recent archived page was 2013.) My favorite model of yours is the Gnome. I am curious what the Boo model looked like, as I didn’t see any pictures.

I have a MBD 5 string fretless I bought off a buddy who invested in a Smith and sold the MBD to me. Its a fantastic bass and for sure a keeper.
