Anyone try an Ashdown RM-610T sealed cab?

Resurrecting a five year old thread, but I just got a RM-610T yesterday. I got the RM800 head two weeks ago. Together they give a plethora of tones. Very punchy, mid forward without being nasal, then you roll in some bass and low mid and the sound rounds out very nicely. The tweeter is great. Adds enough sparkle without being harsh.

I’m very happy with the sound. Oh, and it’s loud. Very loud.

Do this cabinet pair well with an Ampeg PF-800 Head?
I can get the cab for 599 dollar, and would love to know.. I guess it may be subtly differences,
But some on TB said it don't pair well with Ampeg heads, without giving it the "why" reason.
So Im basically clueless!

IME it should do fine, right?

Bought one of these the other day and they sound epic. The bottom end on these is surprisingly good and the tweeter does add a bit of top end sparkle if required. Yep, it's pretty heavy but once on the ground it's easy to move around on the wheels. I'm very happy with mine.

If I had a place to put it, I might consider one. It's way overkill for me though, I have a couple of boards each which have a 410, one board with a 212, and those are more than I'll need for my space.

At least it has a square bottom, easy to put casters on each corner.

Neo speakers would have helped a lot with that 124lb weight.

I'm sticking with my self-imposed limit of 99lbs.

I'll freely admit I shaged mine off. Waaaaaay too heavy to be practical for an old git like me. If you can handle the weight they're awesome but venues with stairs and one of these is like trying to move a boulder up a mountain.
