Double Bass App that detects tempo?

Kind of self explanatory but I'd like to find an app that averages tempo over several seconds and displays it. There's one that does it with screen taps but I want one that just listens for volume spikes. It would be interesting to see when we speed up or slow down during songs.

Anyone know of one? Maybe I'm just searching badly.

They have little machines for drummers that have been doing this for a long time. It was a sad, sad day when we hooked one up to ours. It looks like an alarm clock but the only one who is ever alarmed by it is the drummer. I'll snap a pic at next rehearsal.

Thank you... your Google-Fu was definitely stronger than mine with the use of "analyzer." I got LiveBPM (for IOS) and it looks great. Records a graph of tempo for a song, etc. Will use it in practice later this week.

Just a follow-up here to confirm that LiveBPM is indeed a great app. I've been using it at jam some weeks, and it's great to see how our group speeds up and slows down depending on who is taking a break or whatever.
