so here's my quick story: yesterday i had the day off. i went pawn-shop cruising like i frequently do. i've never found a great deal (unlike some of you!!). my town seems to have pawn shops full of uber-overpriced total junk, but its still fun.
so i drive by and see a "new" guitar shop that i didnt know was there. pretty shocking since i've lived here a long time & never heard of a new shop. turns out its not really "new", they recently moved locations from the next town over.
anyhoo the owner was hilarious & i was the only one in there & we talked for like 45min. super cool guy and i will definitely buy something from him in the very near future, just b/c i like him & his tiny shop.
he had this bass in the walnut:

i played it and i REALLY, REALLY liked it. i know nothing about Arbor, but he told me they're a low-end bass. pretty easy to figure out b/c of the price ($189).
doesnt matter tho. its absolutely beautiful and when we plugged it into a hartke A100 (i think) i really liked the way it sounded. but better than that: i REALLY loved the way it played. bleepin' sweet feel.
thats it, thanks for reading. anyone own one?
