Are Modulus basses still made? Today, someone told me they weren't.

There is a lot of evidence that they closed up shop, but a few people keep saying otherwise without posting any proof.

I believe that Chapter 7 is a complete liquidation of the company, so it is truly, officially done. (Of course I'm not a lawyer.)
