Hey guys!
Yeah, I am a Dad of two great kids (Jeremy 8, Sarah 7) and step-dad to two more (Kevin 15, Sharon 13). It's the most difficult yet rewarding job in the world. I am hardly a dad who considers himself to be a "great" one, and strive to move up into a better position as a role model everyday as I learn patience, from all of them.
I can't top any pictures posted here, but, my heart goes out to all of those kids who have no dads in their lives...some have not met their dad/father. It's gotta be the toughest for those children. I hope that we all (collectively, as a society) think about those kids and send a small prayer up for them once in a while.
The best advice to those that aren't fathers yet: Remember that anyone can father children...but it takes someone special to be a DAD. Think carefully before making your decisions and teach your children the importance of love, respect, and kindness for others. I have seen too many kids grow up without any of those qualities, and that, my friends make the world a tougher place to live.
