Aria Pro II

Hi, ive been offered what is considered to be a late 80's Aria Pro SL series. Ive done a few searches and i cant come up with any information. I found a few reviews on harmony central for something that sounds similar but that was passive, this is clearly active. heres, a couple of pics...

What do you think this is worth guys? And do you think a bass this age is a decent choice to learn on?

I can't tell you what the value is, but man that is one hot bass. Looks like it is in good condition too. I've been hunting for a blueburst Aria ZZB for years now, and a lot of the Arias you see pop up are in no where near as good condition as that one. I say take up the offer! Looks like a sweet bass, definitely worthy of learning on.

My 80's Aria Pro II P (Primary) Bass is the BEST P Bass I have ever played. I also had an 80's ZZB that was an awesome player. I would grab that bass if the price is reasonable!!!

Thanks guys but unfortunately ive just recieved an email that he's pulling the bass out of the sale due to having a broken neck on his further inspection. I was pretty sold on it too, bit gutted.

I was looking on that site blackwater, it doesnt seem to have the one i was looking at on there, i think it was a little later than the archived info they had.

It could be a simple fix, especially if it's cracked around the headstock. My Son has an OLD BC Rich guitar that had a bad break under the nut and fretboard. I glued it using two strap clamps and now it's ROCK solid and as good as new.
