Oh, we give out numbers!!!I've owned my AGB-205 for a few years and have really enjoyed it. But, because of a few recent purchases that have wowed me, especially a Musicman Big Al, I've been neglecting my AGB and haven't played it at all since getting the Big Al. So last night, I decided that I was going to use it while I spent a couple of hours learning Christmas songs for our December shows. It worked great and I had a blast re-connecting with it.
The freaky part is that, while I was doing that, @B-Mac PM'd me and asked my why I wasn't yet in the Artcore Club. Great question and even better timing, but I had no answer. So, I'm joining.
Do you guys give out numbers, do you use the post number of your first picture, or do you just do the "Member in good standing thing" without assigning numbers.
And without further ado, here she is:

And here she is with an Ethos strap that matches the finish almost perfectly, along with my other basses that have matching Ethos straps. Unfortunately the Precision V and the L-2500 will be going up for sale in order to offset the cost of my new Big Al, but I've since transferred those straps to other basses.

Hey, if you’re gonna hang a bass on the wall then a nice looking hollow or semi-hollow is just the ticket!I'm getting ready to tackle a wall-hanging project this month, and all three Artcores are going up on the wall!

.The thing about getting more peeps on board is that you get a bigger knowledge/experience base with mods and fixes, string choices, etc.Dave, he did that to me too! That's the way you build a club on TB. He's probably the only thread chief who's invited me to join a club.. means a lot.
Right! The thing about getting more peeps on board is that you get a bigger knowledge/experience base with mods and fixes, string choices, etc.

Good point. The one thing I thought about changing on mine is the tuners. All of the binding on my bass is an aged white but, for some reason, the tuners are WHITE.The thing about getting more peeps on board is that you get a bigger knowledge/experience base with mods and fixes, string choices, etc.
Nothing like a sharp dressed bass! Classy! And here she is with an Ethos strap that matches the finish almost perfectly, along with my other basses that have matching Ethos straps.

I've looked for 'cream' and 'aged white' myself to no avail. Although not a member here, @TK4261 might know a source as he has a lot of his basses modified.Good point. The one thing I thought about changing on mine is the tuners. All of the binding on my bass is an aged white but, for some reason, the tuners are WHITE.I've considered putting either aged white (haven't found any, though) or brass finished tuners on it to better match the rest of the bass. I'll have to read through this thread to see if anyone had tried replacing tuners.
