Ashdown 300 Evo III combo 300 W RMS or Peavy TK0 115?

Hello,

Firstly, sorry for my english. It's not my native language.

Im doubting about 2 amps I can buy (used, of course, but nice conditions):

1. Ashdown 300 Evo III combo 300 W RMS
2. Peavy TK0 115

Same price. 150 dollars.

I know both have 15" speaker, that Peavy is quite heavier.
How many REAL watts of power have these amps?
Because I have read that the Peavy has lees watts, but actually more power.

I dont know which one i should to buy.

I play pop-rock and punk music.
