Ashdown or Mesa ........Combo

I recently purchased the Ashdown ABM C115 Combo. I can't give you a direct comparison with the Mesa but I will say the ABM is LOUD and can easliy compete with a couple guitarists & a loud drummer. I previously owned the Ashdown RPM and a 210 & 115. Went to Eden then went back to the Ashdown. I think the 210 would be a good choice as the 115 is lacking in the highs a bit.

Hi
I think you will find that the Ashdown combos are 8ohm! to run them a full power you will need to put ext cab with it.
If it was my money I would get the Ashdown ABM 500 EVO II 2x10 Combo. In time you could add a 1x15 to it, and cover all frequencies.
I have ABM 300 EVO II head with 4x8 and 1x15 Mini cabs It's a very loud amp. Works nice with 2 guitars drums and 2 vocalists in a classic rock band.
