This thing plays sweet! So many tones on tap. Setup was spot on and so is the finish. I can totally get by with an amp, a tuner, and this bass for a gig. Nothing else is needed.

those rainbow sparkles are ridiculous, hard to believe someone saw that and thought it'd be better than plain black, but what the hell, i like weird basses anyway.

I'm thinking about taking down the finish on my ATK305 like I did on a cheapo MIJ Les Paul copy I have. The grain pops beautifully and it's so much more comfortable.

as much as I love the poly, I would love to see that. the wood grain would compliment it nicely. I say go for it

No cup in the black sparkle 5 either, but goodness this feels good out of the box. I am running this through my gearbox on my pc as I type this tuning it up and checking intonation for tonights gig.

My Red Sparkle ATK300 was delivered this morning, but I didn't receive it at my desk till about an hour ago.

The neck feels great, but damn this thing is a beast. It feels like mine is 11 lbs easy. I'll see what the scale says at home. I plugged it in for a bit and it sounds really nice!

For the record, I did NOT receive the Music123 mug, but got a pack of picks.
