Avatar 210 Neo and 212 Delta

#52

I have a set (Neo 210 / Neo 212) of Avatars in orange............But I am going to get another set-up (2 x Neo 212s) in 8 Ohm. I see they have come out with some new colors, blue and purple.

Does anyone else have photos of the blue and/or the purple? I asked Avatar about a small color sample (swatch) of both the blue and purple tolex material, but they said that would not be possible?..........

Thanks!

I posted a while back, but did not directly ask for a number:rollno:............I'd better put in for "55" before I slip even further down the list!:D

I'm in... pictured is my first B210 (rear port design, Eminence Deltas) and an early B115 (also rear port, Eminence Kappa). I have since added a newer B210 (front port). All cabs are 4-ohm.

The Peavey Max tube preamp delivers a biamped crossover output to each channel of the Crown CE1000 (UT1010 variant) through a Behringer Composer compressor/limiter. The head is isolated from the stack by an Auralex Gramma iso-pad. Another Gramma isolates the stack from the stage when necessary.

This system sounds great and cruises even at louder outside gigs. Avatar gives great bang for the buck!
