Avatar?

I did a search on Avatar cabs, but had trouble finding any useful information...

I just bought (today) a markbass TA501 and was looking into aguilar, schroeder, and avatar cabs...avatar cabs seem much more inexpensive than aguilar and schroeder so I am leaning toward those...I have never heard an avatar cab before so I am really scared to buy a 212 or a 410 from them...

It would be great if you guys could post your thoughts on those cabinets for the TA501, or if there are other companies that I might be able to check out...

Do a search.
And don't be "scared" of them. They'll treat you well. Lots of "bang for the buck". Dont know how they'll work with your amp but I'm sure someone does. Good luck.

I have a LMII and an Avatar 410, and I highly recommend Avatar. Simple ordering process, quick delivery, incredibly light, and most of all sounds spectacular.

My 1x12 is the only cab I currently own. Sold off my epifani and SWR stuff. Just didn't make sense to keep it. The avatar does just as well for less. I'm not a cheap gear guy either. I have a Demeter pre, Stewart power amp and two elrick basses. The avatar rules.

Absolutely, best cabs I have owned. I really appreciate the lightweight, but their sound and power-handling is what makes them awesome, and you don't need to be a kid with rich parents to afford them.

My B115 cabinet is HUGE. All there cabs are birch plywood and they use Celestion and Eminence speakers. I cant figure out how they keep cost down.

Haven't had my avatar cabs for long, but I really like the sound of them. Also, the weight. (and the looks)

You did a search and didn't find anything on Avatar cabinets? I've never done a search, and trip over threads about them every day! Heck, I think there's even an Avatar owners' club. Search more carefully.
