Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about B Hefner closing down? I ordered a new new neck for my Jazz Bass in November but it still hasn’t shipped. I tried to check their website and it seems to be down and when I called their number I says they are moving and will reopen in January, if anyone has any information or insight I would appreciate it

I ordered a Jazz Bass Neck also in April this year and I never got it. Did you ever get your neck? Did they close up or something? I cannot even find their website anymore.

No I never did get my Jazz neck from B Hefner, luckily I had used PayPal and filed a dispute, I did get my money back and bought a neck from another company. I believe B Hefner has gone under.

Oh that's great that you got your money back. I filed a dispute on Paypal and my case was denied because they said that I did not file my dispute within the 3 month limit from the purchase date. Thank you for the reply!
