I defer to better experience, but I don’t remember any other screws that need to be removed. Perhaps it’s just a bit stuck? I will warn though, not to lose those round disks where the bridge feet go. They might fall out if you’re not careful.

You don’t need to send the whole bass off. Just carefully remove the long bolt that attaches the neck/ fingerboard. You show the bolt in your photo. It can be tapped out slowly and gently with
a punch. I’ve done this many times. I think you have to also remove the hex bolt first that adjusts the angle of the neck. It’s located under the small removable cover.
I use a replacement neck/fingerboard from Ray Ramirez, in PR. I like the
thicker fingerboard.
