Maybe its a MM body with a bacchus neck. The neck joint doesn't look to be as snug as it should be in the third pic.
But I could be wrong.

I believe a licensing deal was in progress and Fender was looking to recruit another builder to make the MM for Japan's Market...I think the agreement was left hanging though hence Bacchus didn't make many of these. Atelier Z also made some MM models, but I guess the gig went to Fujigen (their original partner) in the end, quicker, cheaper mass production, not hand made (Fujigen use the laser cutting machines for routing and cutting) Bacchus is all done by hand, and so is Atelier Z as far as I know.
