Bacchus VS Sadowsky Metro

One thing I don't like about the 24 fret humbucker model is that the neck pickup is a tad too close to the neck. I'd like a little more space for a slap zone. They should also offer a linear humbucker model...

Geez what about resale value on these... I'd guess it's pretty low... anyone?
Four or five that's the question! I've got plenty of fives that are totally great basses - Benavente, Status, Modulus - but I don't have a four that I just wanna play... I've got this Modulus but it's so pretty I'm afraid to take it out of the house... (I've got a lot of cool fours - just no "standard" boring fender looking ones)
by the way, I emailed all 3 japanese bacchus dealers over a week ago and never got a reply back.
Did you type your Emails in Japanese??
No. All 3 dealers have parts of their site in English so I figured they'd respond.
My system often dumps anything with foreign text into my spam box. Try checking your settings and looking in your spam or junk box. Even after changing some of the parameters, I still have to go looking for important Emails
Indeed - Windoze Live mail blocks it and warns you of the email, and you have to add the sender to your contacts. Try adding Aki to your address book before emailing.

I was told it has something to do with the foreign text. Even if the Email is typed in english, it may have a header or sig line that causes a problem. Even German with the little dot thingies gets blocked. It's aggrivating because all the porno, viagra and other SPAM CRAP gets through
Yeah, I think that is correct. Still, thanks to spam email I now have a much larger wotsit, my fish tank is clean and I have a nice line in fake rolex watches ;0)
Don't worry. I tried emailing them as well and only got a response from Ikebe-Gakki (nice guys), all the Musicland Key stores and that didn't ever reply.
Also the rep at Japan Vintage Guitars said it's very hard to get a reply from those dealers if you don't speak Japanese. Don't take this as a negative on Bacchus' behalf. That would just be stupid

Aki just told me that he did respond to your email... time to check those filter settings!

My first reply from Aki was filtered out by gmail too. Once I marked it as non-spam (on the gmail web interface, I usually use a mail client to download them) I never had any trouble with subsequent mails.
I'm waiting for a Bacchus g****r to be delivered... even though it's not a proper instrument , I can't wait to check it out
