Dont know if anyone here watches Top Chef, but last season one of the dishes that some made included Bacon Flavored Ice Cream and all the judges were raving about how great it actually tasted.

these are really good, there are little crispy pieces of bacon in the bar. its slightly smokey, salty, and sweet all at the same time. They lady who said it tasted like an ashtray is crazy.

Funny. Sunday night my wife got inspired to go through our chocolate cabinet. Everything made the cut EXCEPT the Vosges Mo's Bacon Bar. I like a number of the other Vosges bars (especially the ones that explore the outer reaches of saltiness & spice) AND I'm open to new sensations but we agreed this one is a waste of both chocolate and pigflesh.
