My Schecter Diamond Series Jazz Bass is pretty black, besides the pizza pickguard.

I had time today to play the USA Geddy Lee Jazz for about an hour. It plays so smooth on the neck, and the pups sound so good!

I see that you swapped out the pickguard. Is that the one you had on the American Standard?

Was that fanned fret system difficult to get use to, or pretty easy? I've been over 27 years on a standard 4 string and haven't really ventured from that, other than picking up a 5 string over 20 years ago. I found it awkward at the time, but I suppose some practice would take care of that.
