Yeah the smaller 15 cube badeng cab never had the response or lows that i prefer..it is portable though...
The S15B-D is bigger.. but that cab gives all you want from a 15... I have tried many 15 cabs over the years.. and the deep Bagend cab covers just about anything that you would want from a single 15 cab and then some..
i think many 15 cabs are sized more for maketability than for their tonal quality and response... where this particular larger bagend cab the S15B-D was made more for what you can get from a 15 cab sonically... its even unconventional as far as its dimensions ... what i mean is it is thin and narrow but deep.. where others may use the same or close to the same dimensions but they dont use the deep dimension,, instead they go wider and less deep.. I think that may have something to do with the response too... i am not a speaker cab designer but i notice the same with the aggu gs112.. it is deeper than most other 1x12 cabs and that cab happenes to have a big sound... the aggy is not to be compared to a bagend.. just a thought on cab depth compared to sounding deep...
