Yup!! We are a Hippie Band!! It is very Rick Griffin-esque! Very few people notice that! Our Drummer is our grafic design artist!

And my avatar is our actual logo. I'm actual really curious what you think. My brother, an aspiring artist designed them. He's going to art school this fall, I actually really like most of his stuff, didn't dig his 2nd album art so much though (on our myspace Link Removed)

But- let me know what you think of his designing.

I don't have anything left with my old bands' logo on it. It's been too long ago.

We were called 'Fuzzy Logic' so our logo was a chimpanzee in the same pose as Rodins' The Thinker.

We had others for Tshirts. But that was the main one. I liked the Chimp with Einsteins hair and mustache on one of the shirts.

This is ours. We're called Reaction.

It looks so much better in the flesh; when I took the picture the paper came out blue.

We went with a very simple font treatment.

It works well on a drum head.

Here's one I came up with today. Hope the band likes it!

A friend to our drummer is a hobby graphic guy (self-taught). He's been amazing towards our band and had made everything visual we have ever used or done. The logo is his work. I think its great. Its simple, yet distinct. We play death metal and its not the usual 80'ies death metal style I-cant-read-this-bands-name-logo.

Edit: I forgot that we have our own symbol as well:

Its the cover of our first full length album. But the logo is very visible ont he cover to say the least

We just don't have the $ to pay a graphics artist and couldn't find anyone to do it for free! (not that I expected to).

I'm no designer, just an idea guy. However, I came up with this logo nearly 40 years ago and it's still in use today (I left the band in '88.)
