Bands that have never been mentioned on TB

Put Morrison’s name in the search function, and there’s 9 different threads listed…and that’s just the first page; 2300 results total. Radiohead’s name always pops up(5800 times so far) and Beastie Boys, 1700 results.

Holy cow, Eek-a-Mouse! I haven't heard that name since I left Virginia in 1994, thanks for the brain jumpstart.

The burden of proof is on you. I looked up three of the most obvious names on that first list to prove a point, but any additional, ain’t nobody got time for that.

I'm honestly surprised I've never seen BadBadNotGood mentioned. Super interesting band going from jazz to super 70's soul, and even doing live hiphop style backing music for a few notable MCs. Bassist is pretty dang good. Big rec for anyone into the above. I've got a few of their albums and I love them all. Lots of variety and the occasional MC / Singer on tracks really pops out for a mostly instrumental band.

This live performance of their album IV kinda blew me away. Do they have some wandering tempo, sure, are there some mistakes, yup! I like them more for that. Also the location and filming on this is incredible.

Just for the bass in Sabotage alone, Beastie Boys must be up there. Always loved that opening bass.
