Someone pointed me to their website when I said I wanted Berg cabs, I've had a good look at the website, and they look absolutely amazing.

The compact looks to be the best for me, has anyone else had any experience with them?

Alex and I have worked with equivalents in the Compact and Big One series. If my word is worth much at all, it's that his cab designs are pretty much the best vented direct radiators that can be had with those drivers. And they are very good drivers indeed, pretty much the head of the pack.

I didn't help Alex, so much as we reviewed each other's research and conclusions every step of the way over a long period, and we seemed at final analysis to end up with very close to the same designs.

ah, got it, just read the "TB speaker companies" thread and got the full story. so it was more of a parallel collaboration of sorts.

either way, everytime I see one of your or his cabs around my G.A.S. meter fills back up.

Ooh look, a thread! I'm often around here, surprised I missed this. It seems to be going very well for you, Alex, from evidence of ducking my head into the basschat forum from time to time. Good to see that people are buying the cabs in spite of them not being status quo, and comments that acknowledge the techy audio aspects begin to be grokked and actually prove out in the use of the products at home and gigs.
