If they go back and say it's a mistake after you ordered it you can sue them for false advertising.
They've recorded my IP/ISP for security reasons. Should I click continue?

Whoa, there really aren't any payment options so it's not like they can bill you without you knowing. As soon as you register you can proceed to check out. Is this some sort of secret give away?

I already ordered... Going to order again. 
I put the quantity as three, but the order processed as two... maybe there's a limit.

IF they actually ship it out, there's no way they can make you send it back.
What will most likely happen here is that they just cancel the orders.
Judging from the picture and comparing it with other sansamps on musiciansfriend, I think about $330

They look alike, the difference being that the one in the OP is black, while the one on MF is silver, but that's the closest looking sansamp I could find.
Edit: after looking at it again, I think the one on MF is black, and the lighting just makes it appear a lighter color.
