Basic recording setup help

I have a Behringer USB interface with a 1/4 inch jack. I’m interested in recording using GarageBand and recording video of me for Instagram etc. how do I go about it? I don’t have studio monitors right now. I have some decent external computer speakers and my iPhone.

Not sure what you are asking. You record your audio, then import your video (guessing from your iphone) and then sync the two in garageband. Was there a question?

Need more detail. What model is this Behringer interface? I want to look up the owners manual online and see what it can do.
