Bass damaged during shipping from FedEx

It was really stupid how they packed this thing. Literally just a box inside of a box with light packing paper in between.

In this case, FedEx did actually pack the box themselves so (arguably) it's on them.

If that's the case, it would be very difficult for FedEx to deny your claim

Which part? Clicking a drop down arrow to select a different address when paying or driving 2 blocks to pickup/open/refuse a delivery?

I should also clarify that I did not "pay" for extra insurance. This was the standard $900 that it is automatically covered for. No extra insurance.

Unless it changed, the included "insurance" covers $100.

FedEx is absolute trash. They will most certainly try to claim it wasn't packaged correctly. Fight them until the end.

So one thing is really important - does the word "insurance" appear anywhere. Believe it or not, that matters if you have to do battle.
