Bass electronics prob.

I have an Ibanez Soundgear SR500E. I get no sound when I switch to active mode. New battery and it's not the amp. Please help, thx.

Do you have knowledge and experience with troubleshooting and repairing electronics? If not, then you will want to consider taking your bass to a qualified repair shop for inspection.
