Bass equipment + Compact car = Headache

Hatchbacks with the seats down will fit a ton. I can get a 4u head, 2 Schroeder cabs, pedal train hard case, bass, backpack, all that in my car, and still have room for another guitar and backpack and a passenger.

I also could fit all that in a mustang. If the back seats fold down you can tertis it in easy.

I have a Subaru Impreza...my Hartke 410 cab barely fits in the trunk...with less than an inch to spare. The bass has to go in the backseat. I also have a Markbass 410 cab that won't fit in the trunk or the back seat...it has to go on the front passenger seat.

You know... I used to have an impreza wrx sedan. I never even thought to try the trunk for my 410. I figured there was no way in hell it would fit. So I would squeeze it into the back seat. Which was not fun. Lol.

I have an 08 Impreza sedan, Couldnt get my SWR 410 in the trunk. Barely got it in the back seat. Switched to a GK Neo 212, I can fit 2 in the back seat, basses and rack in the trunk.

I sold my truck earlier this year...and recently purchased a new rig, I was kinda worried about moving it.

I have a 2001 Camry, I get my GK NEO412 in the back seat, a 4U rack case & duffel bag on the passenger front seat & floor, and up to 3 basses in hard cases in the trunk, though I usually only bring 2.

It works well, but leaves no room for passengers...I don't think there's any way for me to fit all this stuff in a smaller car.

It fits sideways...barely. When I was about to buy it I told the salesman that it had to fit into the trunk before I bought it and that was non-negotiable. Out of sight is out of mind and could prevent a random smashed window and theft.
