Double Bass Bass Names

My sister has named some of my uprights over the past few years... there names were...Sir BowsAlot, Mr. Jazz,
"Ella PIZZgerald", and Chadwick. Haha...I especially like "Ella PIZZgerald"!

I feel silly reading other peoples names for their basses. As long as no animals were hurt in the process, I'm cool with it. But from my perspective, a bit odd.... carry on!

I have three uprights, but only one has a name so far. I call it Keith Richards because, well, with all the cracks and wrinkles, it sort of looks like him. It has great tone though.

Maybe the other two will earn names in time. These things can't be rushed, you know.
