However, it's great that you've surfaced. Some people in the other thread you used to participate in were upset that you disappeared after issues turned up regarding your products and service, found here:

From the thread, it looked like you were checking the site, but not responding to either the thread, or to the issues raised. Personally, I'd find that to be a bit dodgy in terms of wanting to spend money on a product where the company refused communications when there were problems.
Did you ever get back to those people?
And, if you were one of them, how long did it take to hear back from Basyn... if you heard back at all?
