I'm very pleased to present a new series of videos called Bass Recovery 101.

These videos will focus on my recovery for the plucking hand after a stroke that paralyzed the left side of my body.

I will post a new video every week or so on some exercises that I came up with to recover on the bass.

This is a very effective way to increase speed and stamina.
