Very nice. 
I like your tone, especially for the stuff you're playing. But your lows are too muddy, I think. Just opinion, but everyone has different taste.
You went off beat with a note in the first few notes, so I thought it was going to be bad but it was quite a nice jam.
Also, the slap part isn't tastefully added, just telling you what my ears are telling me. I think it would be better off with fingerstyle all jam long.
