Because of that INTRO tutti, I'd like to think that the bass line was played on the 5-string bass.
Otherwise, I would play the end of that Intro tutti by sliding from Db to D (from 4th to 5th fret) and Bb (1st fret) on the A string, G and F on the E string.
I was just checking your TAB.I'm pretty sure it was played on a 4-string. I do agree with the slide from 4 to 5th fret.
