Her album Comfort Woman is chock full of brilliant reggae, dub, and funk basslines. Curious about your thoughts if you go down that route one day.

Yep, it's full of slides. But, it looks like I forgot to notate themA lot of TB members use the 5 (or 6) string bass in order not to change the fretting hand positions.
But Jeff Lynne was not afraid of doing so. By doing so, Jeff was able to incorporate lots of smooth glissandi in his bass-line.
